British Properties

The British Properties is a residential area in West Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.[1] It was purchased by A.R. Guinness-Br. Pacific Properties in 1932 and developed as the British Properties. 1,600 acres (6.5 km2) were purchased at a cost of $50 per acre. The British Properties helped finance the development and construction of the Lions' Gate Bridge which opened in 1938.
